When singing up for an account at our website, entering your first and last name
is optional, however, your email address is necessary to be entered. Upon your choice,
you may still use our website without having to create an account on it.
If you authorize our facebook application (Free Music Circle at http://apps.facebook.com/freemusiccircle)
to recommend us to your friends and/or like our facebook pages in order to receive
free music downloads, we may also keep the information related to whether you have
liked our facebook pages or not (ONLY our facebook pages not other facebook pages)
as well as those facebook friends and email addresses to whom you recommend us.
We have to keep this information in order to be able to manage the number of recommendations
you have gathered and govern the download tickets you may wish to create.
It will obviously be optional for your friends, to whom you recommend us, to sign
up for an account, opt in for our newsletter or start using our facebook application.

and to update and/or correct it ( this may be subject to certain exceptions). If
you wish to access or update your Personal Information, you may do it in your account profile page after logging in.
Ulternix Records will not charge any fee for your access request.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification verification
from you before letting you access such information and that's why you need
to log into our members' area first. Upon forgetting your password, you
can reset your password and initiate
the password resetting process, which will require you to access your mailbox and
click on certain links.
Please be advised that your passwords are saved in our database in one-way hashed
format not plain or encrypted formats.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important part of providing our services to you that your Personal
Information is up to date. NPP 3 provides that we take reasonable steps to make
sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
It is important that you advise us at the earliest opportunity of any changes to
your Personal Information so that our records can be updated.
